4-years old little girl abducted inside Lagos church

- Social media users have been left stunned over news of an alleged kidnap which happened on June 3

- According to a post shared by Jane E Maduegbuna on Instagram, a 4-year-old girl named Goodness Igwe was abducted from her church in Lagos

- All efforts to find Goodness has proved futile and the family are now begging for any useful information that can help in locating her
Few days into the month of June and the family of Goodness Igwe are weeping over the loss of their young daughter. According to a post shared on Instagram by Jane E Maduegbuna, the 4-year-old girl was in church on June 3, where she was last seen.

The family have since been searching for her following the end of the church program. The alleged abduction happened in Ikeja where Goodness apparently worships with her family. However, after church on Sunday June 3, she was no where to be found.

The family are now pleading with the general public to send any useful information that can help them in locating the child.

The case of abduction in Nigeria is still a major problem. Many children have been separated from their parents and have had to face a tougher life or used as bait to demand outrageous ransom.

A clear case is that of three students who were kidnapped from the female hostel at a school in Akwa Ibom.

Another is the infamous case of abducted Dapchi girls who suffered in the captivity of terrorists until the intervention of the presidency which then resulted in their eventual release.
